三、快速晋升:

公司与 船东签约条款中明确规定,凡是具 备职位晋升条件的,船东应 全力配合公司给予晋升,以确保 船员队伍的健康稳固发展。当前我 司合作船东都能积极配合,各职位 船员凡具备晋升条件的都得到快速晋升,他们在 新的高一级岗位上都发挥了更大的作用。    我司的 各级船员无论来自哪里,均实行 全方位跟踪管理;通过船舶领导的考评、访船、个别谈 话等多渠道了解,掌握每位船员的工作、生活及 思想动态等综合状态;公司安 排专人负责跟踪每位船员的证书情况,对符合 更新条件的及时给予换证、报考;持高级 证书人员公司与其主管领导沟通确保重点培养和关注,凡能胜 任高一级职务的,公司主 动与船东协调提供升职机会。
